Privacy and PHI handling
FOCUS operates as a business associate under HIPAA and executes business associate agreements with covered entities. Protected health information is received, reviewed and returned inside the certified Review Management System environment.
This website is deliberately outside that boundary. No protected health information is collected through this site, and the contact form is not a channel for clinical material. Patients with questions about their care or a coverage decision should contact their health insurance provider.
